AWF, in partnership with UNFPA, participated in the International Day of Persons with Disabilities in Nyamasheke

Raising awareness about Gender-Based Violence (GBV) involves educating communities to understand, recognize, and prevent acts of violence rooted in gender inequality, thereby fostering a safer and more equitable society.

Providing vocational skills for women and girls like:baking,sewing,ICT,and other practical skills so as to help them stand on their feet and reduce poverty,increase employment opportunities and also encourage enterpreneurship ..
